Limited Lifetime Warranty
At Lofno Solutions, we stand behind the quality of our products and craftsmanship. All Lofno Solutions Kydex products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
If your holster, magazine carrier, flashlight carrier, or other Kydex product experiences a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable item.
This warranty applies only to the Product not just the original purchaser and is transferable.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Negligence, Improper Storage or lack of maintenance
- Intentional modification or alteration of the product
- Excessive force, abuse, or unreasonable wear and tear
- Accidents, impacts, crushing, or environmental damage
- Improper installation or adjustment of hardware
- Lost or stolen Products
- Damage caused by firearms, accessories, or lights not originally specified for the product
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, fading, or normal use-related appearance changes
Lofno Solutions is not responsible for damage resulting from user error, improper handling, unsafe firearm practices, or abuse of the product.
Firearm Safety Disclaimer
The user is solely responsible for ensuring the safe handling, storage, and operation of any firearm used with a Lofno Solutions product. It is the responsibility of the user to verify proper fit, retention, and function before ordering, carrying or using any Lofno Solutions product.
Lofno Solutions shall not be held liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage resulting from the misuse of our products or the improper handling of firearms.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, all return and refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds, exchanges, and replacements are granted solely at the discretion of Lofno Solutions. Approval of any return request does not guarantee a refund.
Custom-built, made-to-order, or specially configured products may not be eligible for return or refund unless a manufacturing defect is determined to exist.
Ordering the incorrect holster for your firearm or firearm light combo is not covered under the return or refund policy, if a refund is granted a 25% restockng fee will be applied. If it is a Lofno Solutions mistake a shipping label will be issued for the item for return or replacement at OUR expense.
If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition unless otherwise authorized by Lofno Solutions.
