At Lofno Solutions, we know that when you place an order, you're ready to put your gear to use. We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality standards that define our products.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Many of our holsters, magazine carriers, and custom products are made-to-order. Depending on product type, order volume, and customization requirements, production times may vary.
Estimated production times:
Standard Products: 2-5 business days
Custom Kydex Products: 5-20 business days
Apparel and Merchandise: 3-10 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers including:

FedEx
Carrier selection may vary based on package size, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Shipping Locations
Lofno Solutions currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Due to varying state and local laws regarding firearm-related accessories, some products may not be eligible for shipment to certain states, counties, cities, or municipalities.
We reserve the right to:
Refuse shipment to restricted locations
Cancel orders that violate local regulations
Request additional information prior to shipment
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal to possess in their jurisdiction.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Package dimensions
Shipping destination
Selected shipping method
Promotional shipping offers and free shipping promotions may be offered periodically and are subject to change without notice.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow carriers up to 24-48 hours to update tracking activity after a label has been created.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Typical delivery estimates:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days (when available)
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Products
Many Lofno Solutions products are handcrafted and built specifically for your firearm and accessory configuration.
Because of this:
Additional production time may be required.
Production timelines may vary during sales, holidays, and high-volume periods.
Custom orders may not qualify for expedited processing.
If delays arise, we will do our best to communicate them promptly.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control.
If your package is:
Delayed
Weather, holidays, carrier issues, and other circumstances may result in delays outside our control.
Damaged
Please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and damaged item.
Lost
If tracking shows no movement or a package appears lost, contact us and we will assist in opening a carrier claim when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:
Additional shipping fees may apply.
Delays may occur.
Returned packages may require reshipment fees.
Lofno Solutions is not responsible for orders shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Package Theft
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located:
Check with household members.
Check with neighbors.
Contact the delivering carrier.
Contact local authorities if theft is suspected.
Lofno Solutions is not responsible for packages reported stolen after confirmed delivery.
Holidays & High-Volume Periods
During major holidays, product launches, promotional events, and periods of high order volume, processing and shipping times may be extended.
We recommend placing holiday orders early to allow adequate production and transit time.
Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure
Lofno Solutions is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
Severe weather
Hurricanes
Flooding
Wildfires
Supply chain disruptions
Labor shortages
Carrier delays
Natural disasters
Government actions
When possible, updates will be provided through email or our website.
