Domestic Shipping Only
Lofno Solutions ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Additionally, certain products may be restricted from shipment to states, counties, cities, or jurisdictions with restrictive laws concerning firearm-related accessories. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order that may violate applicable laws or regulations.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring product legality in their location before placing an order.

Customer Conduct

Lofno Solutions reserves the right to refuse service, cancel transactions, or terminate customer relationships involving:

Abusive behavior
Fraudulent activity

Attempts to obtain products through deception
Constructive criticism is welcome. Abuse is not.
Custom Orders
Custom work requires communication and approval.
Once design specifications have been approved and production has begun:
Additional revisions may incur fees.
Changes may extend production timelines.
Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Lofno Solutions retains final discretion regarding accommodations for custom projects.
Product Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility of:
Firearms
Weapon lights
Optics
Attachments
Accessories
before placing an order.
Using unapproved configurations may affect retention, performance, or safety and may void warranty coverage.
Firearm Safety Disclaimer
Products sold by Lofno Solutions are accessories only.
Customers are solely responsible for:
Safe firearm handling
Safe storage
Function testing
Proper training
Compliance with applicable laws
Always verify proper fit, retention, and operation before carrying a firearm with any Lofno Solutions product.
Warranty
Lofno Solutions products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
User error
Abuse
Misuse
Neglect
Unauthorized modifications
Improper installation
Accidental damage
Cosmetic wear
Excessive wear from use
Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of many products, refund and return requests are evaluated individually.
Refunds, exchanges, replacements, and store credits are granted solely at the discretion of Lofno Solutions.
Approved returns must be in the condition specified by Lofno Solutions.
Pathfinder Party Membership
Membership subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing through the selected payment processor.
Members may manage or cancel subscriptions through their account or payment provider.
Membership benefits, discounts, and promotional offerings may change over time as the program evolves.
Lofno Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue the membership program at any time.
Fuel the Pathfinder Contributions
Fuel the Pathfinder purchases are voluntary contributions made to support product development, testing, tooling, and shop improvements.
These contributions are not charitable donations and are generally non-refundable.
No physical product is guaranteed unless specifically stated in the product description.
Intellectual Property & Designs
All Lofno Solutions content, including:
Logos
Product designs
Images
Product descriptions
Website content
Graphics
Marketing materials
are protected intellectual property.
You may not:
Reproduce our designs
Copy product images
Manufacture derivative products
Resell our intellectual property
Use our branding without written permission
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale opportunities may be available to qualified dealers and retailers.
Approval, pricing, minimum order quantities, and terms are determined solely by Lofno Solutions.
We reserve the right to approve or deny wholesale applications at our discretion.
Force Majeure
Sometimes things happen beyond anyone's control.
Lofno Solutions is not responsible for delays or failures caused by:
Natural disasters
Hurricanes
Floods
Fires
Supplier shortages
Government actions
Carrier disruptions
Internet outages
Labor shortages
Acts of God
When possible, we will communicate delays and provide updates.
Limitation of Liability
